Venture Studio
Every inefficient market has a breaking point. We build what comes after.
How we work
We look at markets the way an outsider does. What people put up with. Who benefits from the friction. What was never built. Most of it hides in plain sight.
Before we build, we take the market apart. First principles, not best practices. What does this exchange really need to work? Usually less than the incumbents sell, plus what they never offered: fairness, transparency, access.
Then we build the platform, end to end. Product, data, rules, legal, brand. Small enough to ship in months. Complete enough to run for real. Software and AI where they change the economics, not as decoration.
What works, we scale. What doesn't, we change or stop, openly. A platform is never finished. It adapts to the reality it creates.
What we're building
Four platforms, built end to end. Different markets, one idea: an exchange works better when fairness, transparency and access are part of the system, not a promise on top.
Combat sports run on who you know. SOUTHPAQ turns that into a network: sparring partners, coaches and clubs in one place, training organised, and a reputation built from real sessions rather than talk.
Space design used to start with a gatekeeper. DEKKO starts with the space: discover ideas, find designers whose style and services fit, and turn a wish into a clear brief. For homes and business spaces, including on a small budget.
Architecture competitions favour the established. BluePitch opens the door: clients define their building project, discover emerging talent and commission paid design proposals under a Fair Pledge. No free trial designs. The work speaks.
Paid help from people nearby, made simple and fair. Fairli connects people who need a hand with people who can give one, on a shared Fair Pledge. Easy to help. Fair to earn.
How we think
We take a market apart before we build for it. What does this exchange actually need to work? The answer is rarely what the incumbents sell, and often simpler.
Across roles, borders and price tags. Our platforms show who does what, what it costs and how decisions are made. Fairness starts there. Trust follows.
A platform has to work for the people on both sides, with real money and real reputations. We stay curious, take the risk of being wrong, and change course when reality says so.
The Philosophy
Most markets are not broken. They are organised for the people who got there first. Middlemen who add cost. Gatekeepers who decide who gets in. Opacity that keeps it that way.
We build the platforms that organise them differently.
Join us
Builders, operators and partners who would rather see a market work better than talk about it. People who bring a craft, a network or a first-hand view of the friction. If one of these platforms resonates with you, let's have a conversation. How we work together is agreed per project.
